Nzubechi Oguoma (NZ) is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the entire lifespan, from early childhood through to adulthood. Rooted in a deeply client-centered and neuroaffirming philosophy. NZ creates a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where clients of all neurotypes feel truly understood and valued. She specialise in early intervention, parenting support, and couples counselling, helping individuals and families build stronger connections and navigate complex relational dynamics.
She uses robust, evidence-based toolkit including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. NZ tailors every framework to the individual. Her clinical expertise spans the treatment of anxiety and depression, as well as supporting clients through work burnout, major life transitions, and daily stressors.
