Michelle is a warm and compassionate Psychologist, she creates a space where clients feel deeply understood and able to fully explore their inner world. She brings a thoughtful and person-centred approach to her work, shaped by experience across private practice, community settings, and trauma-informed environments.

Michelle works in an integrated way, combining various modalities to address the unique needs and therapeutic objectives of each client. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, and techniques adopted from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts-based approaches, mindfulness, and self-compassion principles. She has most recently completed training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.

Michelle’s Therapeutic Approach

Michelle has a strong interest in how early experiences and family systems shape an individual’s emotional world in adulthood. She is particularly passionate about helping clients:

  • understand long-standing patterns rooted in childhood experiences

  • navigate trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing

  • develop emotional insight, regulation, and deeper self-connection

  • shift from self-criticism and survival strategies into self-acceptance and confidence

Michelle works collaboratively with adolescents and adults, tailoring each session to the client’s pace, needs, and long-term goals. She aims to help individuals not only understand the roots of their struggles but also cultivate the capacity for meaningful, sustainable change, building emotional clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
