Michelle’s Therapeutic Approach
Michelle has a strong interest in how early experiences and family systems shape an individual’s emotional world in adulthood. She is particularly passionate about helping clients:
-
understand long-standing patterns rooted in childhood experiences
-
navigate trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing
-
develop emotional insight, regulation, and deeper self-connection
-
shift from self-criticism and survival strategies into self-acceptance and confidence

Michelle works collaboratively with adolescents and adults, tailoring each session to the client’s pace, needs, and long-term goals. She aims to help individuals not only understand the roots of their struggles but also cultivate the capacity for meaningful, sustainable change, building emotional clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
