Nick is a registered Clinical Psychologist with more than 12 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges. It is important to him to take a collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that this is a shared journey and that each client is the expert in their own life. His role is to offer guidance, evidence-based tools, and a safe space where clients can explore what matters most at a pace that feels right for them.

He works with a broad range of presenting needs across the lifespan and has extensive experience in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and male mental health. He is passionate about helping people move toward lives that feel meaningful, balanced, and aligned with their values. His background includes work in private practice and digital mental health, across both therapist and leadership/supervisory roles. These experiences have strengthened his commitment to accessible, compassionate, and effective care.

His therapeutic style is adapted to the fit of the person and their needs. He draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and a range of parenting strategies.
He reviews progress regularly with clients so that the therapeutic journey can evolve and approaches can be adjusted as goals develop.
