Psychologist

Claire Naidoo.jpeg

Claire is a clinical psychologist who works with adults and older adolescents (18+), offering a collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy. She supports patients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, life transitions, self-esteem and emotion regulation.

Claire draws on a blend of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), compassion-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based interventions. She also integrates principles from psychodynamic and relational therapies, supporting deeper insight into longstanding patterns and the ways early experiences shape current relationships and self-perception. Her approach is integrative and adaptive, grounded in the belief that therapy should meet the person where they are.

Guided by values of authenticity, compassion and integrity, Claire is known for her thoughtful, grounded presence. She creates a space where patients feel seen, heard and supported in exploring what matters most to them. She views the therapeutic relationship as a vital vehicle for healing, growth, and lasting change.

With a background in both law and psychology, Claire brings a unique perspective to her work. She is deeply committed to helping patients develop insight, build resilience, and live more connected, values-aligned lives. Claire works respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and tailors her support to everyone’s experiences, goals, and strengths.
