Intake Appointment (1 hour)

Complete intake forms and initial screening questionnaires (for both ADHD and Autism).

Discuss your background, history, and current challenges with a psychologist.
Targeted Questionnaires

We’ll send follow-up assessments tailored to your needs (e.g. social functioning, sensory profile, executive functioning).
Feedback & Report

Recieve a detailed writte diagonstic report

Attend a feedback session (up to 50 minutes) to review findings, recommendation, and next steps.
