Elizabeth Shaji is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has been practising as a registered psychologist in Australia since 2020. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has worked extensively with children, adolescents and families in navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She has also supported parents in finding support strategies for children and adolescents.
She specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. She also has extensive experience in working and providing a neurodivergence affirming care, that is person-centric and individualised. She is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment. She has always emphasized utilising a strengths based approach, that focuses on individual growth and resilience, going above and beyond symptom mitigation.
