We adopt an individualised approach where our sessions aren't just about talking over problems you are facing each session or ruminating on past events. Our therapists are trained in models of therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that are targeted and directed towards helping you move forward towards your goals while reconnecting you with what matters to you. All of our sessions are conducted online or via phone directly to you.
