Bio
Ric is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with various presentations across all age including infants/families, children, adolescents and adults. He has undergone training in several therapeutic modalities including ACT, CBT, IPT, DBT, Gottman Couples Therapy and Attachment & Behavioural Therapy for child conduct issues and emotional dysregulation.

Ric has developed a speciality in providing ACT-based individual and group supervision. As a supervisor he is particularly passionate about helping his supervisees to conceptualise their clients in a way that is functional and not just diagnostic. He hopes to help his supervisees to build an understanding of the actual mechanisms that underlie each of the therapeutic approaches so that they can learn to work with greater flexibility and creatively rather than rigidly or manualized. He has an open, flexible & friendly style of supervision while ensuring that each person remains on the trajectory to meet their short and long term goals.
