Bio

Michelle is a Psychologist with 19 years of experience in the Mental Health and Disability sectors. In her previous role in Government, she was Discipline Senior in Psychology and became a Board-approved Supervisor providing services to several psychologists within the department.

 

Now in private practice for the last 11 years, Michelle provides treatment to both adults and children with a variety of clinical presentations. ACT has formed the basis of her service model however she has a special interest in trauma informed practices. As a Psychologist, Michelle believes in the importance of forming a strong therapeutic alliance as the foundation to create meaningful change in a person’s life.
