There are times we find ourselves experiencing low mood, anxiety and stress from life and the challenges it brings within our personal and relationships with
others. Some of these challenges put us in a state of emotional dysregulation, numb from reality, overwhelmed with a mix of emotions that takes away
the joy of the present moment and the future to come. I hope that we can work together to gain a deepened understanding of the challenges impacting you and
your life and find practical ways to bring changes in your life.

I provide you with a safe space to process your experiences and emotions. My approach is informed by drawing upon different schools based on your needs; CBT, ACT, MI and SFBT. Through the journey we take together, you will be
taught skills and tools to self-regulate and navigate your challenges. I have over 5 years of experience helping teens and adults within the mental health sector. During my pathway to get General Registration as a Psychologist,
I underwent 3000 plus hours of training across different types of services and intervention types. Depending on your goals and needs, I use a variety of approaches. In your first session, we’ll explore what brings you to the therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I try to use key strategies from the CBT, ACT, SFBT etc. towards the key goals you have. When required, I can tailor the sessions using a structured approach from one or more of the approaches.
