Exercise is about more than just looking good. In this program we place the value of exercise and movement on a much deeper foundation than aesthetics.


The exercise and movement component of this program compliments the nutritional and psychological dimensions. Through this avenue, we build on values of self-discipline, consistency, perseverance and self-care.

Qualified Professionals 

All sessions on the Thrive program are conducted with qualified professionals. Our personal Trainer is registered with Fitness Australia is passionate about making exercise and movement something you will grow to enjoy.

We are not about quick results that fade just as quickly.

 

Instead, this program focusses on meeting you wherever you are and taking gradual steps towards making exercise a regular part of your life.

What's Included

Comprehensive Initial Assessment

Your first session will involve a full assessment with your designated exercise and fitness coach. Here they will learn about your current fitness level as well as overall health condition. This will include both a comprehensive assessment form you will complete alongside a initial session with your trainer conducted online.

Online Fitness Class

Personalized Program Development 

We will design a tailored and progressive exercise & movement program to suit your fitness level and current ability. Our aim is to provide you with a program that is adjusted to suit your available time, resources, equipment and personal exercise preferences. This program will be created in collaboration  as we work together to ensure the program feels practical and achievable to maintain. 

Coaching & Support 

This aspect forms two parts: 

​

1 - You will receive full access to an online training platform where you will access your tailored exercise program and all information including videos on how to perform each exercise and an outline of how to complete each session. 

​

2 - You will have sessions scheduled with your trainer to check in on your progress, address any barriers, and provide adjustments to the program as needed. They can also help to show you how to do certain exercises and answer any question you may have!

Our Fitness Coaching service offers a personalized program tailored to suit your fitness level and needs. With our experienced coaches, you can be sure that you are progressing at a good pace and achieving your fitness goals. They will modify and adjust your programs to suit your progress and ensure that the exercises selected are challenging yet achievable.
