What we offer

The Harvest Clinic Supervisory team are all Board-Approved Clinical & Registered Psychology Supervisors. We provide Individual and Group Supervision sessions delivered online (telehealth) or via telephone. 

Each supervisor brings a unique approaches to therapy as well as experience working with different population groups. This ensures that we can cater for a wide spectrum of clinical needs.

Having access to supervisory team means that you can choose your best fit as a Primary Supervisor, while others can be added as Secondary Supervisors for you to attend individual or group sessions with.

We also run a series of specific group supervision programs targeting key learning areas.

Bio

Anastasiia is a Clinical Psychologist who provides individual assessment and psychotherapy for adolescents and adults in a private practice on the Gold Coast. Anastasiia provides inpatient psychology service and facilitates Day Therapy group programs for people with Anxiety, Mood Disorders and Substance Use Disorders at The Southport Private Hospital.


Anastasiia’s training has involved a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as well as Systemic & Psychodynamic approaches. She has completed 3-year training in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Therapy (ISTDP) with Dr Patricia Coughlin in Boston, USA. This evidence-based therapy is designed to address unconscious emotional conflicts at the core of psychological and interpersonal problems, resulting in deep and long-term character change.

It is suitable for resolution of adult trauma and complex mental health difficulties, as well as chronic pain and physical health problems that are worsened by emotional stress. Anastasiia is very dedicated and continues her training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) with Dr Allan Abbass (Canada) and Patricia Coughlin (USA).


Anastasiia advocates wellness programs and individual psychotherapy for medical, allied health professionals and students, so they can reach their highest potential. She provides individual and group supervision to provisional psychologists and mental health professionals.

Bio

Trish Purnell-Webb is a Clinical Psychologist, Certified Gottman Marital Therapist and Master Trainer and Consultant for the Gottman Institute.  She has been working in private practice with young adults, adults and older adults since 1997.  She has been a Board Approved Supervisor since 2000, is an assessor for the Supervisor Training and Approval Program (STAP) and an approved facilitator for Board approved Master classes for Supervisors.


 In recent years Trish’s clinical focus has been on working with couples in highly complex interpersonal relationships with a range of clinical comorbidities, e.g. those where one or both partners are affected by complex trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, or where there have been betrayals that include affairs and/or addiction including alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, etc.  Because of Trish’s expertise in couples therapy and clinical mental health disorders especially Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Mood Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder, Trish has been involved in the development and delivery of a number of couples programs for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, The Australian Defence Force and Open Arms.  Trish is also an approved supervisor for clinical staff working for Open Arms, Anglicare SA and NSW.


Trish is Clinical Director of the Burleigh Heads Psychology Clinic in Burleigh Heads, Queensland , Australia, and the Senior Partner of Relationship Institute Australasia.  She is an active educator and speaker to many community and professional organisations, and provides accredited training to therapists looking to become skilled in Gottman Marital Therapy throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.


As a presenter, Trish is regarded as an engaging, personable, erudite and respectful speaker who is able to connect easily with her audiences and use every day examples and humour to illustrate her point and assist listeners’ understanding of concepts and ideas.  Trish is regularly invited to make comment in media including print, radio and television.

Kerstin is a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with 17 years experience in Private Practice who provides Psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. She has been a board approved supervisor for 12 years and also provides supervision to provisionals and other allied health professionals.


Kerstin has a particular interest in Interpersonal therapy as it provides a strong basis for the therapeutic alliance for working with clients. It integrates an individual’s relational experiences, their thoughts about themselves and their familial experiences to bring about an awareness of how these three areas impact on a clients present circumstances.


She also has a special interest in mentoring other Psychologists wanting to start their own practice.

Annie is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who has experience working with all ages from children and adolescents to adults. Annie has worked with a wide range of clinical presentations and is particularly skilled in working with child-related behaviours and concerns as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

She has experience working in both private practices and in the public sector.  Annie has undergone training in several therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma therapy, Schema therapy, and Attachment and Behavioural therapy for child conduct issues and emotion dysregulation.

Bio

Dr Graeme Senior is a US-trained psychologist who has been working as a clinician, academic, and researcher in Australia since 1993. He specializes in child, adolescent, and adult psychological assessment in clinical, forensic, and neuropsychological settings and is passionate about training psychologists in assessment in all three registration pathways. 


Graeme offers individual and group supervision in psychological assessment as well as training workshops in all areas of the Psychology Board of Australia’s assessment-related competencies .

Cindy Nicollet (BA.Psych, Hons (IIA)) is a registered psychologist and has worked for
the last 16 years providing support to children, adolescents, adults and families
across the autism spectrum as well as intellectual disability.


Cindy’s experience has included 7 years with the Department of Communities,
Disability Services, providing Positive Behaviour Support to adults with behaviour of
concern and their families and carers. Her experience has also included providing
psychological services to primary-aged children within the school setting, working
within the non-government sector and running and facilitating groups around various
education and training events. Cindy currently works in private practice, working
predominantly with adults on the autism spectrum.


For the last 8 years, Cindy has been guest lecturing to second year psychology
students at the University of Queensland (UQ) around the topics of autism and
intellectual disability.


Cindy is a registered NDIS provider (Improved Daily Living and Improved
Relationships) and an accredited STAP supervisor to 4+2 and 5+1 psychology
graduates.

Michelle is a Psychologist with 19 years of experience in the Mental Health and Disability sectors. In her previous role in Government, she was Discipline Senior in Psychology and became a Board-approved Supervisor providing services to several psychologists within the department.


Now in private practice for the last 11 years, Michelle provides treatment to both adults and children with a variety of clinical presentations. ACT has formed the basis of her service model however she has a special interest in trauma informed practices. As a Psychologist, Michelle believes in the importance of forming a strong therapeutic alliance as the foundation to create meaningful change in a person’s life.

Shannon is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with various presentations across all ages including infants/families, children, adolescents and adults. She has undergone training in several therapeutic modalities including, DBT, CBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy.  Shannon has a particular interest in Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and integrating this with other modalities in treatment.

She has practiced for 16 years in a variety of clinical settings including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Private Practice and has strong basis in school psychology and assessment. She is a board approved supervisor and provides supervision to provisional, registrars, clinical psychology trainees, and other allied mental health professionals.

Ric has developed a speciality in providing ACT-based individual and group supervision. As a supervisor he is particularly passionate about helping his supervisees to conceptualise their clients in a way that is functional and not just diagnostic. He hopes to help his supervisees to build an understanding of the actual mechanisms that underlie each of the therapeutic approaches so that they can learn to work with greater flexibility and creatively rather than rigidly or manualized. He has an open, flexible & friendly style of supervision while ensuring that each person remains on the trajectory to meet their short and long term goals.

Kerrin is a Clinical Psychologist working in private practice across a range of presentations. Her previous experience has included roles in public and private hospital Chronic Pain programs, public hospital Community Mental Health and Acute Care teams, and private hospital inpatient mental health. She also has facilitated inpatient and outpatient group interventions across a variety of settings and presentations (including Chronic Pain, PTSD first responders/veterans, DBT, anxiety and depression groups).



Kerrin provides individual and group supervision (including via telehealth). She values a collaborative and supportive approach towards to supervision.
